Breaded Pork Chops

Another Family Favorite
These Breaded Pork Chops are always a
delicious, easy meal for company.

Ingredients
6 Center Cut Pork Chops
2 egg
2 Tbs. Evaporated Canned Milk
1 to 1 1/2 pkgs. Club Crackers
Whip egg in one bowl and add the milk.
The secret for your breading to stick on the meat is the canned milk, regular milk is to thin.
I use my chopper to make cracker crumbs and place in another bowl.
Dip both sides of pork chops in egg mixture,
then both sides in the crackers crumbs.

pork 1

Heat canola oil in skillet at medium high heat. Add prepared pork chops and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Remove and place in a covered oven dish and place in 325* oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove and Serve.
