Cheesy Green Chili Enchiladas

Who's in the mood for Mexican Food?
Here's a easy, yummy meal everyone's sure to like.

Cheesy Green Chili Enchiladas

1 lb. Ground Beef
2 can Stokes Green Chili Sauce with pork
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Grated Fiesta Blend Cheese
1 8-oz. Sour Cream
10 Flour Tortillas
 
Brown ground beef, drain excess fat. Add soup and green chili and heat.
Then add sour cream.
Set aside about 1/4 of the mixture.
In tortilla, spread a couple spoonful of meat mixture and generous amount of cheese,
roll and place in a 9x12 baking dish.
Spread left over meat mixture and more cheese on top.
Bake at 350* for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  16. Nice recipe, but why use canned green chili? Making the best Green Chili is easy! Just add some authentic powdered Green Chili from Hatch, New Mexico to thicken your sauce and add flavor. We never use tomatillos, jalapenos or bell peppers in New Mexico; just real New Mexico Anaheim peppers. I order mine securely online from the Chimayo Chile Brothers.
