Double Pistachio Cake and Frosting

Who Celebrates St. Patrick's Day?

IMG_5234

We do!!!

It’s always been one one my favorites.

(okay they are all my favorites)

I just love to CELEBRATE!

My kids loved when I decorated the house and having fun meals planned and most of  all, The treats! Now my daughter, Deena, carries on this tradition with her cute family.

This Pistachio Cake is so moist and yummy, my family loved it and I hope yours will too!

On my trip with my Mom over a year ago we visited
St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
It was AMAZING!
I couldn't find a picture of the Cathedral to share with you,
but here's a picture of the Ring of Kerry in Ireland, also a beautiful place to visit.

You can keep up with me via twitter, pinterest, google+ and/or facebook.

Enjoy the Memories,

    1. Leslie,
Dream Whip is a powder whipped cream. I think using whipped cream would be better than using cool whip, if you can't find Dream Whip, to dissolve the pudding mix.
I hope you'll come to my link party Tuesday.

  23. Oh my gosh I haven't thought of Dream Whip in forever. My mother in law used it for my husband's banana birthday cake (she doesn't bake any longer). I'm on a big pistachio kick right now. Can't seem to get enough. Your cake is so pretty, Wanda Ann. The color of the cake itself, the way you've frosted and decorated...everything! Thank you for linking this week.
