Classical pasta carbonara with cream sauce – delicious, nourishing and very, very delicate. But it has one disadvantage – it is addictive. Once cooked, you will come back to this recipe repeatedly. Therefore, to prepare spaghetti carbonara with cream according to a classic recipe, it is better to choose solid pasta, as it is fully absorbed by the body and cleans it from toxins, so our figures will not change for the worse.
Ingredients :
- Spaghetti – 200 g
- Bacon – 150 g
- Cream – 150 ml
- Egg – 3 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Onions – 2 pcs.
- Cream butter – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 pcs.
- Crushed black pepper – pinch
- Salt – by taste
Cooking:
Clean, wash and finely slice onions. Peeled garlic also finely cut or crush with the back of the knife.
Cut onion and garlic
Thin strips cut bacon.

Heat a good pan and put a small piece of butter on it. When it melts, put the crushed garlic in the pan
Roast the garlic
After 30 seconds (garlic must not change color, otherwise it will be bitter in the finished dish) lay out the bacon, stirring, waiting until it starts to emit fat. It will take no more than 5 minutes.
Put down the bacon
Pour the vegetable oil into the heated frying pan and lay out the finely chopped onions. Stir and fry until golden.
Fry the onions
Cook the sauce: put the yolks in a deep bowl and crack them well.
Drive the yolks into a plate
To taste, pour salt and ground black pepper. Pour grated parmesan cheese.
Rub the cheese
Pour cream, put onion and stir everything again.

Boil spaghetti in salt water according to the instructions on the package. Under no circumstances should they be digested! They should remain Al dente – “on the teeth”.
Boil the pasta
Ready hot spaghetti put into a warm deep frying pan, immediately pour the sauce. Thoroughly stir everything. Add bacon and stir well again. The pasta should become creamy and tender. And the warmth of spaghetti will make the egg yolks boil in a few seconds. In a minute the sauce will thicken to the desired consistency and it will be possible to serve the dish on the table.
Put the pasta in the frying pan
Sprinkle parmesan paste and serve immediately. Spaghetti carbonara with cream by a classic recipe is ready for tasting!
