This mashed potato soup will turn out to be also very low-calorie, suitable for any HSS shenanigans.
Ingredients:
- 300g of champignons;
- 1 middle zucchini.
Cooking:
Cut mushrooms and peeled zucchini, boil until they are soft. Then move the contents of the pot a little bit into a bowl of blender and grind in mashed potato. Adjust the thickness with the broth in which the mushrooms and zucchinis were cooked.
You can add cream to the soup, but they must be preheated.
