- Green beans – 400 g
- Cream butter – 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1-2 tablespoon (to taste)
- Sesame (seeds) – 1-2 tablespoon
Cooking
Ingredients for cooking spicy green beans on a side dish.
Boil frozen green beans for a couple of 4-5 minutes, until half ready.
Then place the pods in ice water, rinse and obsush.
Melt butter on a small fire. Then increase the fire to medium, add the garlic cloves sliced into plates, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and stirring, fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes until the pieces are golden and fragrant.
Roast the garlic
Add bean pods.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce and, stirring, fry the beans on a strong fire for 3 minutes.
Add the sesame seeds, fry still for 2 minutes, and then serve the dish to the table.
The beans with garlic and soy sauce are ready. It can be served as a side dish or in combination with different groats: rice, buckwheat, pasta. Bon appetite!
