Fried cabbage with egg

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 550 g
  • Carrots – 200 g
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil – 50 g.
  • Salt – by taste
  • Crushed black pepper – to taste
  • Green – to taste

Cooking

I suggest cooking a delicious addition to your home lunch or dinner. Fried cabbage with egg can be eaten as a separate dish or as a vegetable side dish. It is not difficult to cook such a dish. You will need a minimum of products and ingredients.

Cut the cabbage with a thin straw using a sharp knife or a special shank.

Rinse carrots and peel off the peel. Rub on a coarse grater. Add to the sliced cabbage. Stir by pressing the vegetables slightly with your hands.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Add the vegetables. Fry on medium heat, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes. During this time the vegetables will become softer.

Add the chicken eggs. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper and turn off the fire.

Fried cabbage with egg ready. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Can be consumed both warm and cold.
