As a side dish to this dish you can choose anything you want. If you want something really fast, try oatmeal on water. If you have time, prepare bulgur or rice, they go well with the sweetness of pomegranate sauce.
Ingredients:
- 300g pork;
- ½ bulbs;
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce;
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
Cooking:
Slice the pork finely – it will cook faster. Fry it in oil with onions until half ready. Add pomegranate sauce and some water to the frying pan to make the meat stew. If the pomegranate sauce is sour, squeeze some lemon juice into the pork, your goal is to make the dish not just sweet, but sour and sweet. And do not forget to salt it.
